As your Notary Public, appointed by the governor of the state of Florida, I can notarize documents such as (not a complete list):

As a trained and certified agent by NNA and LSS, I know the importance of getting the documents delivered on the same day.  I know the importance of the small details that could have impacted the results of a closing/funding, such as the correct spelling of the names and accurate information entered. I know the importance of asking questions and communicating. But most importantly, I know we are humans and bound to make mistakes. The difference is to own it and remedy it, should it happens.  Punctuality and provide excellent customer service are a MUST!  After all, I have one goal, one passion, and that is 100% client satisfaction.

Problem-solving:  An experienced Signing Agent uses ingenuity and creativity to overcome problems. An agent must find a solution to any problem that arises.

Attention to detail:   Dozens of more information go into the loan signing process, and good Signing Agents must ensure that none is overlooked.  

Knowledge: Signing Agent must be a resource clients can count on for accurate and actionable information. 

• Rates for general notary work: $10.00 per notarization, plus travel fees
• Rates for VIN: $20.00 per notarization, plus travel fees
• Online Notarization: $25 per notarization. Additional fees may apply.
• Types of ID (identification) required: These IDs must be current or issued within the past five years and include a serial or other ID number: A Florida identification card or driver's license. A U.S. passport. A foreign passport if it is stamped by the United States Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services.
